The Profeed Pig system is a unique solution for managing animal feed production on farms, the only one of its kind on the Ukrainian market. It can be used both in the factory and in the feed processing room.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
There is a weight controller that can be connected to the weight sensors of any feed mixer. It will transfer data to a mobile device used by the feed room operator to prepare the feed. All data received is sent online to the server. The entire feeding process is planned and controlled by an engineer online. Data is exchanged instantaneously.
“With this system, the raw material feed hose will automatically shut off the flow of grain when needed; it also eliminates the possibility of placing the hose in the wrong hopper, because the operator will scan an individual QR code each time to feed in each ingredient. This means that the engineer can manage feeding on all farms from one location,” says Maksym Shevchuk, CEO of AVA Group.
The system also synchronises data with management and accounting programs, so that expenditure and balances are calculated automatically, making it easier for financial specialists to keep records and generate reports.
The Profeed Pig system has been used successfully by Ternopil Bacon Company for several months now, and the system is currently being installed at a number of Ukrainian farms.
