To achieve maximum efficiency in ration calculation, you rely on feed analysis results. Analyzing the nutritional value of these feeds, we rely on NIRS – Near-Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy.
In June 2013, AVA Group opened the first independent Dutch laboratory in Ukraine for determining the nutritional value of roughage, grains, protein, and finished feeds for agricultural animals. Thanks to our partnership with Eurofins Agro (Netherlands) and the NIRS methodology, the results of nutritional value analysis have become faster, more accurate, and reliable.
Eurofins Agro was founded in the Netherlands in 1929. The company is an expert in feed analysis for agricultural animals and is present in over 50 countries worldwide with 500 laboratories. The laboratory examines over 700,000 samples per year.
Eurofins Agro utilizes a quality management system accredited by international rules BS EN ISO 17025, which has been approved and endorsed by the Accreditation Board. Accreditation number – L122. Accreditation certificate in Ukraine No. 36-4/562 dated 05.06.2013.
BENEFITS OF NIRS ANALYSIS
Eurofins Agro utilizes the NIRS (Near-Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy) system to ensure reliable results.
Speed
The time required for NIRS analysis is as follows:
Dry feeds: 2 hours
Wet feeds: up to 2 days
In comparison with conventional methods (3 to 5 days).
High Accuracy
The process of analysis is fully automated, eliminating human errors.
Cleanliness
Chemical agents are not used.
The material being analyzed remains suitable for examination for other indicators (control purposes).
Reliability
International quality management system BS EN ISO 17025.
Annual accreditation of the NIRS sample analysis system.
Daily, weekly, and monthly validation using a reference sample sent from the Netherlands, pre-verified by the classical reference method.
Experience
Over 93 years of recognition in the field of agricultural feed and component analysis.
