Gordie Jones spoke about the importance of cow comfort for high productivity and health. He paid special attention to providing cows with fresh air and combating heat stress and emphasized that fresh air = increased milk yield, and in order to effectively cool a cow, fans are not enough – you also need to thoroughly “wet” it.
A well-designed project for a new farm or reconstruction of an old one is the key to success and economic efficiency of the farm.
