The conference brought together agricultural producers, representatives of resource and service companies, innovative startups, and leading investors.
At the meeting:
- exchange of experience;
- strategic planning;
- formation of foresight for Ukrainian agribusiness.
Panel discussions and presentations covered topics such as:
- from “personnel” to “talent”: why human resources are becoming a key competitive advantage;
- the future of agricultural production: technological, ecological, and integrated into Europe;
- modern technologies for a successful harvest—modern equipment, innovative means of protection, a scientific approach to nutrition;
- what investments are needed in the agricultural sector;
- processing, diversification, and new niches for Ukrainian exports.
As part of the conference, Maxim Shevchuk, CEO of AVA Group, took part in a panel discussion on the topic BEYOND QUOTAS: PROCESSING, DIVERSIFICATION, AND NEW NICHE MARKETS FOR UKRAINIAN EXPORTS.
During the discussion, the following issues were discussed:
- How new rules for accessing the EU market affect Ukrainian exporters.
- Is there demand for Ukrainian products in the EU outside of goods that are “sensitive” for European producers?
- What opportunities does diversification open up — from Africa to Asia?
- Can processing become a real competitive advantage for Ukraine in world trade
- What could Ukraine’s “calling card” be in the global agri-food market over the next five years?
Thank you, UCABevent, for inviting us to the conference and participating in the panel discussion.
We look forward to new meetings.
